We are able to support projects from the design phase through to delivery and support. Here we'll explain what to expect when you get in touch:
Once we receive your enquiry, we'll familiarise ourselves with your requirements and get back to you with an initial response. We'll aim to do this within 24 hours.
Our design engineer Richard Percival will get an understanding of your commercial and technical requirements, as well as any tender specifications. We'll then provide an initial proposal.
If you're happy with our initial proposal, we'll put together a more detailed one. This might include AutoCAD design and other technical analysis for the system.
Once you've accepted our detailed proposal and confirmed the project is going ahead, our project manager Richard Chaplin will work with you to put together a suitable delivery plan.
Our team of electricians and installers will attend your site to build out and install the system. We can do this at a time convenient to you and in line with any wider project timescales.
SUPPORT & REPAIR
We use tier 1 panels and other high quality equipment, that is typically covered by a warranty. If you need support or repairs for an existing system, we can often help. Get in touch for details.
